Our distillery uses all traditional methods for making 100% agave tequilas, using family estate grown agave, water from Volcan de Tequila, then baked in traditional ovens and open-air fermented, making Alida Tequila an award-winning Tequila.

PROCESS
Each agave plant, aged for a minimum of eight years, is hand-selected and hand-cut to Reveal the heart of the agave. Alida is produced with 100% blue agave Tequilana Weber from the highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico and is delicately balanced to create the perfect recipe with a smooth and refined finish.
OUR TEQUILAs
BLANCO
The bright agave flavour introduces a light to medium-bodied palate with hints of black pepper and vanilla bean that is enveloped by the sweet nuances of grilled pineapple and lemongrass. The finish is clean and warm with layers of spice, white pepper and green vegetables.
REPOSADO
Aromas carry the flavours of soft orange zest and toasted oak with vanilla, dry citrus and pepper.
The finish is long and full, with a hit of black pepper and roasted agave.
Tequila Rosé
A new expression. Blanco tequila rested in wine barrels for less than 30 days, bringing a refreshing mix of the smooth-tasting Blanco tequila, and infusing it with the light flavours of rose wine.
